Ah-hoo, werewolves of Los Angeles!

It’s Halloween on 9-1-1 Season 8 Episode 5, and with it comes frights, scares, and decorations gone wild?

A lot is happening in the festive installment, which sees a busy night for the 118 when the sun goes down, and the streets get busy, as you’ll see in this sneak peek exclusive to TV Fanatic!

Halloween must be a very hectic evening for first responders just due to the sheer number of people out and about. With that many people out at night, there’s bound to be some accidents.

The 118 are all on duty, and they’re busy. The same can be said for Maddie, who’s dealing with all kinds of calls, and Athena, who engages in an interesting traffic stop.

Halloween may be a kid’s holiday, but that doesn’t mean adults can’t join in on the fun.

This short clip clearly shows that the streets of Los Angeles are ACTIVE on Halloween, with grown-ups jumping out to scare other adults and one clown getting stopped at a DUI checkpoint.

Halloween episodes are always a good time, especially if that’s a holiday you enjoy. There’s something oddly comforting about the holiday aimed to bring the frights, as it can take you back to a time when all you worried about was finding the perfect costume and stocking up on the right candy.

The 118 having to work means they’ll be in the thick of things and maybe even trying to have a little fun while out there.

It won’t be all fun and games, though, as evidenced by the promo for this episode, which showed Denny in danger.

Considering the events of 9-1-1 Season 8 Episode 4, I was hoping that the Wilson family would be smooth sailing for a bit, but unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case.

But if there’s one thing we know about the Wilson family, they’re fighters!

Elsewhere during this hour, we’ll also see Buck get more than he bargained for when his Halloween decorations get a little scary. And whatever does that mean?

Well, it means Buck will be in for a spookier Halloween than he could have ever anticipated.

If you’ve been looking forward to returning to 9-1-1 holiday-themed hours, this one will be right up your alley!

When I chatted with Peter Krause earlier this season, he couldn’t tell me much about what was ahead, but he did make sure to express his excitement for this hour in particular, and I must agree with him.

This hour IS a lot of fun!

While you wait for the creeptacular installment, make sure you check out the sneak peek above, and let me know in the comments what you’re excited to see from the hour!
